What happens in the case of bad weather?

If our outdoor space is not available for you to use, we recommend holding the ceremony inside of the barn. 

Do you provide decor?

We have a "Rental Room Add On" for those wanting to use our rentals. We have a selection of decor, linens, tableware, cake stands, chargers, and more! 

Do you have partnerships with nearby hotels?

Yes! We work with nearby hotels for discounted rates for our events as well as complimentary shuttle services. Our team can tell you more!

How long do we have access to the property?

Friday - Saturday 9am - 11pm (all guests gone by 10:15pm)

Sunday - Thursday 9am - 9pm (all guests gone by 8:15pm)

We offer 2 day rentals as well as  an"Early Access Add On"

Do you allow alcohol?

We allow for wine, beer, and 2 speciality cocktails to be served. Alcohol must be served by a bartending service that is insured and has a liquor license. We recommend that all couples get host liability insurance. 

Do you offer dressing rooms?

Even better - we offer an entire private bridal cottage which includes a multi-person vanity for you and your bridal party to get pampered and relax before walking down the aisle. We also have private groom's quarters on site for the guys.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes! We require a $500 non-refundable deposit upon booking. A $1,000 non-refundable payment is due 6 months prior to your event, with the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. Terms vary for corporate events and parties.

Do you provide day of coordination?

No. Our team likes to be on site for all events but we leave the coordination up to the professionals! We provide the space , your vendors execute the party. 

Do you have a preferred vendors list?

We can recommend just about any vendor that you need! However, you are welcome to hire whoever you trust to execute your event.
